Ground shipping within all Lower 48 US States is FREE....HI, AK, PR incure a $20.00 surcharge.
We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS.
Insurance is not required; it is HIGHLY recommended. Shipping insurance is $3.00. We cannot be
responsible for packages lost in shipping! Shipping tracking info will only be given upon purchase
of shipping insurance.

Sales Tax
Colorado residents please add $4.10% sales tax.
Non-Colorado residents are responsible for reporting/paying their respective state's use tax.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or our service, please contact us and we will
try our best to resolve your issue.
In order to receive a refund for returned product, you MUST contact us prior to returning the item to
receive authorization.
You are responsible for all shipping charges for all returns/exchanges. All returns are subject to a
20% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we have to charge these fees to cover the credit card fees and
shipping charges.
